Logos is originally from eastern Kentucky. She moved to Minnesota in 1999 to take advantage of the plentiful jobs the state had to offer, among other things. She didn’t have it very easy growing up in Kentucky and her first several years in Minnesota were not the best either. In 2007 a bunch of crazy shit happened she spent the next three years with minimal human contact. Gradually, she pushed through her barriers and began interacting with the outside world again.
In early 2013 she contacted her chapter’s leaders and began prospecting soon after. The club has since helped Logos become functional and productive again. She’s currently managing/building the 5SRC’s website, admins a multitude of metal themed pages and groups online, occasionally books shows, is the vocalist of Acanthostega (Twin Town Tyrant Records), and coordinates some organizational efforts for the chapter. She is proud to be part of the 5SRC and will continue to work with others to enhance the efficiency of its service to the metal scene.
Favorite Quote: “To argue with a man who has renounced the use of authority and reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture.” -Thomas Paine
